The CytoFLEX platform, an innovative system, brings unparalleled excitation and emission performance, minimizing light loss to the greatest extent possible and significantly improving instrument sensitivity. This new system has a sophisticated and compact structure, utilizing innovative technology from the communication industry. Since its first release, the system has attracted widespread attention in the field of flow cytometry technology. Afterwards, we persistently expanded the platform to create greater choices for researchers.

CytoFLEX LXFlow cytometerIt provides multi parameter analysis with up to 6 lasers and 21 colors, capable of transmitting more parameters. At the same time, it also has excellent fluorescence sensitivity and the nano particle detection function required by high-end researchers, enabling highly complex cell analysis.

Due to CytoFLEX's ability to significantly reduce light loss, a new standard for fluorescence sensitivity has been established, making it easy to detect weakly positive cell populations. It can measure fluorescence as low as ten molecules and particles as small as 0.2 micrometers in size.
After acquiring CytoFLEX LX, researchers can measure two scattering parameters and detect up to 19 fluorescent markers using 5 fluorescent probes. They can also detect up to 21 fluorescent markers under 6 laser activation conditions.
The wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) detection module (also under patent application) features a pure bandpass design, offering various configurations from 4 to 21 colors, and includes a complete set of pluggable optical filters.

Simplify complex experiments. Figure A shows the spectral overlap of six conventional fluorescent dyes, including FITC, PE, Texas Red, APC, PC5, and APC-Cy7 excited by two lasers with wavelengths of 488nm and 638nm. The figure also shows the cross laser excitation between PC-Cy5 and APC channels. In Figure B, the available lasers and fluorescein have been expanded, bringing flexibility to optimize experimental design and achieving efficient labeling detection. Six types of fluorescent dyes, including BUV496, Pacific Blue, PE Texas Red, PE Cy7, APC, and AF790, are excited by six different lasers to minimize compensation requirements.
